TRIMARK Golf Celebrity Challenge

David participated in the TriMark Golf Celebrity Challenge. It is an annual event, and is conducted in the Spirit of Shells World of Golf, where two Celebrity Golfers play Match Play head to head in a made for TV event. The Golf channel will air the event sometime in 2009. David was up against Gerald Wilkins, 14 year NBA player. Also present was model/actress Heidi Fielek and on-course reporter/commentator Lindsay Mayfield.TriMark held a charity auction - the winners had the priviledge to walk the links with David and Gerald and to have lunch afterwards. Myself, SueM, Jerri and her husband Richard were the lucky winners. However, much to our surprise and with a little bit of confusion thrown in, AJ was able to attend with us. Our day started out at the putting green watching and talking with David and his caddie as we waited for the remaining folks. The weather wasn't great in the early morning but quickly turned sunny and then back to windy and rainy.
It was a small group of people so casual chit chat and kidding around was the order of the day however Lindsay did do a great job of posing questions to David and Gerald that would be a part of the Golf channel package. It was quite interesting watching that process, especially when either Lindsay, David or Gerald would mess up and they would 'take two'.
