In this episode the SecNav, accused of war crimes in Iraq, aagrees to surrender himself to trial.  Harm and Mac are his defense attorneys with Bud assisting.  It is great to see the mighty 3 work together again.

After the first day in court, Harm wrestles with the comments made by a witness who was the mother of a victim.  We also learn that Bud's son AJ is missing.
