Harm is in the process of defending his friend accused of fraternization with a female officer under his command when he uncovers the information regarding the Stealth fighter. Harm is then forced to make a decision; put his job on the line because, legally he cannot report the discovery since it was revealed in the course of a different case, or do the right thing....report the information.
