Harm is sent to the USS Seahawk to investigate the apparent suicide of a young sailor who jumped out in front of a Tomcat as it came in for a landing. Back at home the JAG regulars are involved in the first televised Court-Martial. Mac especially is none too happy about the media circus surrounding the event. Additionally, Admiral Chegwidden learns that his new girlfriend's son may not be the sweet innocent 20 year-old he pretends to be.
