A Marine, facing a death sentence for cold-bloodedly gunning down his fellow Marines, is appealing his sentence. Mac is assigned the appeal and argues inadequate council for the grounds for appeal. Prior council was then Camander AJ Chegwidden. Harm is later assigned the prosecution and the death sentence is upheld.

Meanwhile, Brumby is recalled to Australia, and Harm finds himself caught up in the surreal world of showbiz.
