Harm receives his second Distinguished Flying Cross from Admiral Chegwidden in a small ceremony at JAG HQ. His latest assignment is to prosecute a Marine accused of rape. His chief witness, the Marine Corporal who fought off the rapist, does not want to testify and goes AWOL. Harm and Bud uncover disquieting evidence about him as they search for him. Finally, Harm and the Corporal go one-on-one, in a confrontational game of basketball.
