Naval aviator Lt.Commander Rice refused to fire at an Iraqi aircraft about to attack his wingman. Harm and Mac fail to find any grounds to back his claim that he was ordered to hold fire. Rice finally admits that he believed it was the voice of God talking to him, and refuses to fly again. Harm persuades the CAG to let Rice re-fly his mission, with Harm flying along as observer. When Rice and his RIO get into trouble, Harm has to perform a top-gun manoeuvre to save them.
