Navy SEAL Mark Harridan is killed by friendly fire during a mission. Was it an accident or was he murdered? Harm is prosecuting and is convinced that it could not have been an accident because the accused, Chief Connors, is too good a SEAL for that to happen. Harm's passion for truth and justice gets him into trouble both in and out of the courtroom. But when he at last finds the truth, he is faced with a moral dilemma. He must choose between truth or justice.
