Opening scene in the bullpen talking about Bud's case...

 

In his apartment, Harm meets Jennifer's friend,Pia, when she lets herself in without knocking ... ,

 

 

 

 

Harm confronts Jennifer as he notices her door.  He tells her she doesn't have to give 'safe harbor' if it puts her in danger.  As they are talking, they are interrupted by police detectives who want to question them about the murder of Jen's old boyfriend.

After the interogation...Harm offers his apartment key to Coates asking if she would feel safer going back there than to her own apartment.

Trying to reach Coates...

Harm finally gets in touch with Coates.  He asks her where she is and her answer is to "trust her on this". Harm hears the announcement that lets him know she at Union Station.   Harm is none to pleased when Coates hangs up on him.  Harm goes after Coates, but when he arrives Pia has just boarded the subway train and they watch it pull away. 

Later at the police station Coates is cleared of the murder, her DNA doesn't match that of the hair found on the victim.  Jennifer tells Harm that she will be looking for a new place to live.
