In this episode Harm and Mac investigate a Friendly Fire incident in Iraq involving a private military contractor.  The incident claimed the life of a Marine.   Mac prosecutes and Harm defends when the retired Marine involved is brought up on charges.  Harm and Mac "buck" Stugis' leadership by keeping information away from him.  Harm does one of his long winded 'barrage of questions' (that DJE does so well) to bring out the truth at the end of the trial.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Mattie storyline continues with Mattie spending more time with her father.  There are some cute scenes with Harm and Mattie as they transverse this new aspect of the relationship.  In one conversation, Harm is eating what appears to be ice cream and the subject of 'sex' comes up.  Harm defers that subject to Mattie's father and she agrees.  Harm whistles his relief.  In the closing scene, Mattie tells Harm she needs him and even though she has reconciled with her father he won't be getting rid of her.  At the end she says "decrease altitude" and she kisses his cheek.
