After suffering an injury in a Christmas Eve car accident, Mac recalls a doctor's appointment where she was forced to deal with Webb's dishonesty.   cbs.com

We see little of Harm in this episode, as it concentrates mostly on Mac receiving therapy.  We see Harm mostly in 'flashback' other than receiving word of the accident and at the end of the episode when he comes to the hospital to see Mac.

Flashback...the Admirals retirement dinner...the part of the conversation we didn't see before.  Harm tells Mac he is tired of looking in on her life and wants to be a part of it.

Second flashback...Mac comes to talk to Harm but he is having dinner with Alicia.

At the hospital ...
