Airdate: January 6, 1996
A female recruit is found hanging from the rappelling tower at Parris Island Marine boot camp. An anonymous note sent to her parents suggests that it was murder, and points the finger of suspicion at her drill instructors. Harm and Meg are sent to investigate: Harm ostensibly as the JAG officer, and Meg, undercover, as the newest recruit to the platoon.
