The Hidden Room: A Type of Love Story
In this 1991 episode of The Hidden Room anthology series, DJE played Ron, an ambitious young marketing executive, who has an affair with a plain woman named Sarah (Amanda Plummer). He ultimately rejects her because his ego cannot allow him to be seen in public with an ugly woman. It is only at the end, when it is too late, that he gets a glimpse of her hidden inner beauty and realizes what he has lost.
