CBS: Annabeth prosecutes a case involving a man who is accused of drugging and raping his teenage neighbor and discovers that he is a sexual deviant who is hiding a dark secret.

Annabeth and Maureen want to use the wife as a witness.  Jim offers advice and caution.  He wants this guy.

Annabeth and Maureen meet with Jim at the Sidebar.  They discuss the case.

Jim pops in on Annabeth and Maureen for a congrats and status report.

Jim lays down the law but also says..."do what you have to do to get this bastard"

In the office, late, Annabeth has her daughter in the office.  Jim comes by and tells her about his daughter, who is still in NY with her mother.

A break in the case... Ray and Ed tail Sexton on Annabeth's request.  After everyone has left the conference room, Jim's says "nice work ... next time follow protocol and check with me first"  Annabeth answers with "Always"

Viewing a VHS tape found of the Sexton's.  It is of the rape.  Everyone is stunned and horrified as the truth becomes clear.  Jim backs out as he says "I don't have the stomach for this..."
