Annabeth and Maureen bring the case to Conlon.

Conversation continues ... Conlon describes the case as "a dog with fleas"

Ray tells Conlon about his talk with O'Neal.   Conlon doesn't like what he hears and tells Ray to pick him up.

Discussing the case - they get the judge's ruling that the statute of limitations doesn't apply.

Conlon catches Annabeth on her way to the arraignment and instructs her to make a deal with O'Neal.  She isn't happy about it but agrees.

Ray gives Conlon and Annabeth info on Peterson.

Annabeth, Maureen and Conlon discuss strategy.  Conlon says to give O'Neal a sweet deal in an attempt to get Peterson.  Annabeth argues that goes against 'the reason she comes to work everyday'.  Conlon, annoyed says 'this is what happens everyday in every Prosecuters office across the country... Annabeth, do your job.'

Ray and Conlon have a drink.  Conlon asks what the doc in NY said and Ray tells him 'acid ref l u x'.  It is apparent that Conlon doesn't believe him but he changes the subject to the case.
