Afterwards, in the hallway, we meet an old acquaintance of Conlon's from NY. He gives Jimmy so good natured ribbing about moving to Indianapolis, asking does he drive a tractor to work.
Conlon shares a bit about Lizi, his strategy, and what it means for the case ...
Maureen and the forensic accountant brief Conlon on the SEC investigation of Will Brooks.
Annabeth and Maureen and Conlon brainstorm the case based on the new knowledge that Leslie Brooks had written Will out of her will, naming his father, Henry, as trustee.
Letting Annabeth and Maureen know about the difficult phone call he had with the Prosecuting Attorney. However, he was pleased with their work and sorry he wasn't there to watch.
Ray and Ed drop the bombshell that the affair Leslie Brooks had three years prior was with her father-in-law.
Forensic Accountant discovers that it is actually Henry Brooks and not Will that has been doctoring the books.
Conlon meets Lizi for a drink. Conlon tells him he doesn't think his client is guilty, that he actually thinks the father, Henry is guilty. Conlon needs Lizi to allow them to speak with Will.
