Annabeth prosecutes a malpractice case involving an anesthesiologist who is accused of murder after her patient dies on the operating table during a routine surgery.

Annabeth and Ray brief Conlon on their theory of the case, what they have and their suspisions.  Conlon advises that the case is a stretch and belongs in civil court.

Ray keeps Conlon informed on the case ...

Hellman drops a bomb on Conlon ... offering affidavits that destroy the prosecutions theory of 'intent' and therefore the murder charge.  Conlon is not happy.

Discussing the case... and highschool boyfriends... and a law school buddy ...

The case is won... Annabeth and Conlon walk out together and Conlon shares the details of his 'law school buddy' that he stole the girl from...

.....When Annabeth says she would like to speak to the woman, Conlon answers with... "She's in NY raising out daughter"
