Why did those young waitresses at Hard Coffee lose control of their usually efficient and friendly serving duties on Tuesday?

Coffees were being spilt and orders going to the wrong tables all because David James Elliott, Commander Harmon "Harm" Rabb of the TV series JAG, had plonked himself down and asked in his Canadian drawl for a skinny latte, please.

The over-zealous girls, eager to please the obscenely good-looking one with the violet blue eyes and jet-black hair, plucked up the courage to ask for his autograph which he willingly gave, but forgot the usual Polaroid snap they take of all the passing stars.
